What began as a routine funeral procession quickly turned into a full-scale investigation after a trained K9 unit reacted strongly to a closed coffin — and what was discovered inside left authorities stunned.
The bizarre and chilling event unfolded earlier this week at Rosewood Memorial Cemetery, where mourners had gathered to pay their final respects to a 68-year-old man who reportedly passed away from natural causes.
A Routine Ceremony… Until the Dog Alerted
According to witnesses, everything was proceeding as expected. The family had arrived, the casket was prepared for burial, and the ceremony was beginning when a police K9 unit — assigned to the cemetery for unrelated training nearby — suddenly changed its behavior.
